At ERDify Studio, we strive to deliver a premium experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your Pro subscription, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Our 7-Day Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new "Pro" subscription purchases. If the platform does not meet your expectations within the first week, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial fee.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To ensure fairness, we grant refunds under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
- The platform experienced significant technical failures that prevented core feature usage.
- Duplicate charges occurred due to a billing error on our side or our payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
In some instances, we cannot process a refund request:
- The request is made after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.
- The account has already utilized a high volume of AI-powered SQL parsing generations for the current cycle.
- The account was terminated due to a verified violation of our Terms of Service.
- Dissatisfaction with features explicitly marked as "experimental" or "beta".
4. Processing Your Request
To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@erdify.my.idwith your transaction details. Our team will review your case and typically process approved refunds within 3-5 business days.
5. Automatic Cancellations
Canceling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You will continue to have "Pro" access until the end of your billing cycle.
