Welcome to ERDify Studio. We appreciate your interest in our platform. By accessing or using our application at erdify.my.id, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

ERDify Studio is a sophisticated cloud-based platform designed for database schema visualization. We provide automated tools for generating Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) from SQL code, real-time team collaboration environments, and schema management features.

2. User Responsibility & Accounts

To access premium features, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that the SQL data you upload does not violate any third-party rights or data privacy regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect your creative work. You retain full ownership and copyright of all SQL files, database schemas, and diagrams you create or upload to ERDify. ERDify Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform's user interface, underlying algorithms, branding, and proprietary source code.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure a safe and stable environment for all users, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or access unauthorized areas of our infrastructure.
• Deploy automated scripts or bots to crawl or scrape the platform without explicit permission.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any data intended to disrupt service.

5. Subscription Terms & Payments

Access to our "Pro" plan features requires a recurring subscription.

• All pricing is transparently listed on our Pricing Page.
• Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment partners.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ERDify Studio is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and data integrity, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Amendments to Terms

As our platform evolves, we may update these terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or inner-app notifications. Your continued use of ERDify after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
